KITCHEN

A non-functional fireplace in the middle of dining and kitchen was just blocking the potential of this huge kitchen and pantry. We opened up the space for an open floor plan kitchen with a huge island and a dining area

PANTRY

We love creating unique pantry solutions, especially when you don't have a whole lot of room. We opened up a closed narrow pantry to an open archway pantry. This gorgeous pantry surely doesn't need a door!

LIVING

This beautiful living room with large picturesque windows just needed some new paint, light fixture, electric fireplace and beautiful flooring to tie everything together up.

HOME BAR

We also made room for a small bar area in the corner of the living room closer to the kitchen and dining. We left an open shelving area that people can utilize to build a wine rack or book shelves based on their lifestyle.

MASTER

A total transformation of this ADU to a master suite connected to the house by a beautiful hallway.Flooring, light fixture and paint changed the look of the bedroom. Bathroom turned out spectacular. We use the limited space we had to create a wet space for both a soaking tub and shower. We saved space in the dry area by adding a wall mount toilet. Beautiful two sink vanity fit in perfectly with plenty of move around space

HALF BATHROOM

This simple, earthy and clean finished bathroom that opens in with a sliding door is just an attraction of the house. We dressed up the space with black stone wall mount sink, capsule mirror and handing tube pendant lights to complete the look.

GUEST BATHROOM

We needed one bathroom that had a little drama, especially when it is open to the living room. This full bathroom, with a huge shower stall with large windows is enclosed behind this stunning wall. We picked printed wall paper to bring some color to the rest of the house.

HOME OFFICE

We used this bonus room to setup a perfect office or yoga room for the new home owners. The natural lights from the skylight was just perfect. It just needed some cool task lights and some floating shelves.

OUTDOOR

We know we had to make this little space into something that the whole family can rejoice. We instilled two large wall windows to the hallway to bring the light into the home and also to get the view of this stunning patio. The flooring of this patio was uneven, all concrete and a bad draining system. We fixed the drain issue and installed beautiful Spanish porcelain checkered tiles. We painted only this part of the patio sidings black to create a room itself, we call it an extended living room in California.
